REGION 34 - Equipment Storage Procedures

AVS (Turf Feld) Equipment Storage

Flags are located in the AYSO Equipment Shed under the tree at the North end of the field.
Flags are placed neatly back in the bin after the last game of the day on Saturday and Sunday.

- Lost and Found is at the Referee Shack
- Extra game line up cards are at the Referee Shack
- Field Monitor sign in and vest are at the Referee Shack

Julia & AVP Equipment Storage

All field equipment is kept in the AYSO Storage Container.
Lock code is 3434.
Field liner carts and paint are wheeled straight in.
Flags go in the barrel to the left as you go in.
Sandbags stack neatly behind the barrel.
White flags are for Julia Fields
Yellow flags are for AVP
**Julia Field Flags go back to the container Saturday & Sunday.
**Julia Field Sandbags go back to the container on Sunday.
**AVP Field Flags go back to the container Friday, Saturday & Sunday.
Nets are kept on shelves in red bags with labels out for each field (Julia & AVP)
Bownets for K-1 through K7 hang neatly in tagged bags on the wall

Parras Equipment Storage

All field equipment is kept in the AYSO Equipment Shed just inside the left-hand side of the gate.
The Equipment Shed code is 3434, and should be locked at at the end of the last game of the day.
The Porta-Potty code is 2021, and should be locked at at the end of the last game of the day.
Flags are to be placed neatly back in the bin after the last game of the day on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

- Lost and Found items can be placed inside the container.

Tulita Equipment Storage

All field equipment is kept in the white AYSO Storage Container.
Field liner carts and paint are wheeled straight in.
Flags are to be placed neatly back in the bin after the last game of the day on Saturday and Sunday.

- Lost and Found items can be placed inside the container.
