Referee Sign-up Guidelines
Coaches – A coach should not sign-up to referee (center or AR) in his/her own team’s division.
Parents – A parent should not sign-up to referee his/her child’s game, and should not sign-up to center referee any other game in their child’s division. Signing up to AR other games in their child’s division is permissible, but not encouraged.
Youth Referees – A youth referee should follow the same guidelines as parents and should not sign-up to referee a sibling’s game. In addition, a youth referee should not center referee any game in his/her sibling’s division.
If you attend a game as a spectator where you should not sign-up to referee (as noted above) and there is not a full team of qualified referees present, you can step-in to fill-out the referee team with the approval of both coaches. It is generally better to have qualified referees handle a game instead of club linesmen, even if it happens to be a child’s or sibling’s game. But this should only be done if no other qualified referee is available.

U7/U8 - 1 Point
U10/U12 - 2 Points
U14/U16/U19 - 3 points
